Terms and Conditions

  • Publication dates and prices are subject to change without notice and do not include delivery charges. The prices reflected on your invoice are final.
  • Every effort has been made to ensure that the prices on the website are complete and accurate, but in the event of a discrepancy, please contact customerservice@thieme.in
  • Free standard shipping on all orders for customers in India
  • Discounts and offers cannot be combined with any other offers & discounts
  • Payments are accepted through third-party payment gateway via credit/debit cards (VisaCard, Mastercard, RuPayor American Express) net banking, and UPI.
  • All items and products are charged in Indian Rupees.
  • No additional taxes and fees is applied to orders.

Returns and Replacement

  • We don’t accept any returns or exchange/replace items

  • If the products you received is damaged condition

      • Write to customerservice@thieme.in with your name, contact information, order number, a photo of the damage, and description of the issue. We'll replace deliveries for any damaged or faulty goods received within 30 days of shipment.
      • Items should be returned with their original invoice, and be in mint condition, (with shrink-wrap unopened, if applicable).
      • Transit-damaged claims – where the damage occurred during the initial shipping from the publisher’s warehouse to theoriginal customer must be claimed within 30 days of invoice date.
      • Any book with a damaged scratch-off code, or where digital ancillaries (CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, Flash drives) have been removed will not be accepted as a credited return.
      • Short shipment claims must be accompanied by documentation (packing list, etc.) that validates and supports the claim
      • Damaged is defined as a book that has been bent, dinged, broken, scratched, dented, or torn.

    To change/cancel orders within 24 hours of placing your order.

    • Write to customerservice@thieme.in or call +91 120 4556603 (Weekdays 10:00 am to 5:30 pm) with your name, contact information, order number, a photo of the damage, and description of the issue.
    • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction

Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders received till 3 pm will be processed and shipped on the same day, if the product is in stock.
  • No orders will be processed on weekends and public holidays.
  • For orders shipping to within India, shipping is free
  • Express shipping is available at an additional fee, contact customerservice@thieme.in for details.
  • Orders within the India are shipped via standard surface courier service.
  • If the product is in stock, customers in India can expect delivery within approximately 10 to 12 business days.
