About the authors
Jonathan Fishman
BM BCh (Oxon.), MA (Cantab.), BA (Hons.), MRCS (Eng.), DOHNS (RCS Eng.), PhD
Jonathan is a Specialist Registrar in ENT and a member of the Royal College of Surgeons. He graduated with a triple first class honours degree in Natural Sciences and completed his clinical training at Oxford University. He has extensive teaching experience and is primary author of six undergraduate and postgraduate medical textbooks.
Laura Cullen
MB BS, BSc (Hons.), nMRCGP, DFSRH
Laura qualified from Imperial College London with a first class honours BSc in Endocrinology. She undertook her medical rotations at St Mary's Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital before joining Barnet VTS, where she completed the MRCGP.
